Why rent Key to Paradise?

Besides the fact that Key to Paradise is steps from the beach, restaurants and shopping, we manage our own property. This means that there are no management, host, or service fees passed along to you! This will save you hundreds when compared to houses on big management company websites. Our cleaning fee is built into the total cost of rental, so you can sit back, relax and let us handle the dirty work.

When is check in/check out?

Key to Paradise is a Sunday to Sunday rental. Check in is 4pm, and check out is 11am.

When do I send deposit and remainder of payment?

Please send deposit of $350 within 72 hours of signing rental agreement. Remainder of payment is due two weeks before rental date. We accept cash, check or venmo payments.

How do I enter the house?

Enter through the door at the end of the driveway using the keyless entry number provided in your welcome e-mail.

Who can rent Key to Paradise?

You must be 18 or older to rent Key to Paradise.

What is the pet policy?

Up to 2 dogs allowed, no cats please. Food and water bowls, bags for yard clean up and treats will be provided. A crate is also provided for dogs that need to be crated when you leave the house. Please help us take care of our property by cleaning up after your pets. Pet Fee - $200 (covers up to two dogs)

Do you allow partial week rentals?

Yes! Key to Paradise can rent for a nightly rate. 2 night minimum, please.
